Finnigan’s Rest provides comfortable Forsayth accommodation, offering a choice of air conditioned rooms and powered camping sites. Conveniently located adjacent to the Goldfield’s Hotel, Finnigan’s Rest is set back from the road and is designed to give you a peaceful and restful stay.
All of its motel rooms are air conditioned and have private ensuites, a television, bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. They come in a range of configurations from King Singles, Twin Share or Doubles, with Family Room options available.
If you are bringing your own accommodation, check in to one of the spacious powered sites, designed to fit rigs of all sizes. Shaded by established trees, these sites are complemented with modern amenities, including a camp kitchen and laundry facilities. The powered sites are also pet-friendly, but please note that pets are not permitted in the rooms.

There are Double Rooms (double and twin available) and King Single Rooms. Ask us about Family Rooms. Suites have timber verandahs and air conditioning, as well as a TV, bed light, bar fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Meals are available at the Goldfields Hotel.

Rates are valid 1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026. Accommodation bookings are essential. All rooms are subject to availability and please note Wednesday and Thursday are very busy nights, so book well in advance. Powered sites and rooms can be booked for stays throughout the year.
